The Company's ability to operate steadily and sustainably depends not only on the support of its management and investors, but also on its employees, who are its most valuable core asset. It is committed to preventing occupational injuries and occupational diseases, thereby avoiding work-related injuries to employees during the course of their employment. Through the continuous enhancement of workers' safety awareness, a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment is established to ensure employees' physical and mental well-being and the Company's sustainable development.

Policy/Strategy
- Assign responsible units and provide adequate improvement resources, support their operations, ensure worker participation and consultation for continuous improvement, and oversee and support employee contributions to the effectiveness of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system.
- The Company complies with applicable regulations and conducts safety awareness enhancement programs and occupational safety and health training.
- The Company implements general periodic health examinations and health examinations for workers engaged in operations with special health hazards, and conducts walk-through workplace inspections.
- Each plant establishes relevant regulations, including standard operating procedures for accident handling.
- Utilize appropriate communication, guidance, and support to ensure internal personnel understand the importance of EHS management and its continuous improvement.
- Protect workers reporting incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities from retaliation.
- Both operational sites have implemented the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system and obtained third-party certification
Goals and Targets
Using 2025 as the base year, the Goals are set as follows：
- Short-term goal: No more than two occupational accidents per year.
- Medium-term goal: No more than two major occupational accidents within three years.
- Long-term Goals: Zero occupational accidents.
Management Evaluation Mechanism
- The responsible unit periodically conducts hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control for workplace environments and operational hazards in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and TOSHMS standards. Unacceptable medium- and high-level risks are included in management plans to be reduced. Continuous improvement is achieved through internal audits and external verification to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the effectiveness of the occupational safety and health management system.
- Each Occupational Safety and Health Committee meeting is held every three months to implement and promote safety and health management initiatives. Based on the implementation results of the previous year's safety objectives, each plant formulates objectives for the following year, focusing on engineering controls, improving equipment protection, and, as the final administrative control measure, ensuring the safety of machinery and equipment procurement to prevent occupational injuries and avoid major accidents.
- Quarterly joint cross-plant on-site inspections are conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Office and the occupational safety centers of each plant. Any identified deficiencies and the corresponding corrective measures are reported to the President. For major occupational accidents involving hospitalization or other serious consequences, the responsible unit shall conduct self-management inspections at the department manager level (monthly) and the division manager level (bimonthly) within one year, starting from the month following the accident, with the results submitted to the President for review.
- At the monthly company-wide objective management meeting chaired by the President, the previous month's occupational accident statistics analysis and corrective measures are reviewed.

The company provides numerous services to promote employees' physical and

Health Consultation with Medical Staff on Site
- Direct Appointment for Health Consultation: Nurses provide on-site service four times a month, each session lasting 2 hours, with each consultation taking approximately 30 minutes.
- Annual Health Check Analysis: Nurses analyze and evaluate employee health check records and provide proactive care based on risk attributes, arranging consultations with physicians for guidance.

Health Promotion Activities:

Protection of Female and Maternity Workers:
Established "Maternity Health Protection Procedures for Female Workers,"
providing a "Maternity Health Hazard Assessment and Work Suitability
Arrangement Form" for evaluation and appropriate work arrangements after
medical review.
Protection against Irregular Working Hours, Ergonomics, and Workplace Violence:
Implemented "Workload Disease Prevention Procedures" and
"Musculoskeletal Disease Prevention Procedures," using assessments for risk
evaluation and appropriate measures for at-risk workers, along with training to
prevent workplace violence and eliminate any unlawful infringements in the
workplace.
Health Check Care:
Offers health check packages superior to legal standards, allowing employees
to select based on age and health risk factors, with annual content rotation.
Occupational Safety and Health Training
All TNP colleagues must participate in fire drills to ensure that all members work in a
safe environment and can respond orderly in the event of a fire. In addition, relevant
colleagues are required to receive occupational safety and health education training
and certification exams provided by the Workforce Development Agency of the
Ministry of Labor. By utilizing public resources, employees are encouraged to acquire
relevant professional knowledge, skills, and certification to ensure they are equipped
to handle potential situations in professional processes.For contractors' occupational
safety and health education training, the company entrusts the contractors to
execute the training themselves and ensures compliance by requiring them to sign
the "Contractor Safety and Health Management Commitment" to ensure that their
personnel have received occupational safety and health training before entering the
plant.
