Sustainability Performance and Highlights

Environmental Aspect

In 2025, the Company's direct and indirect energy-related greenhouse gas emissions decreased by approximately 20.55% compared to the base year (2022).
New plant planning includes solar panels and storage equipment to reduce purchased electricity and carbon emissions through self-generated green power.
Implemented environmentally friendly production using PETG eco-friendly materials and environmentally friendly inks.
In 2025, the Company successfully obtained ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification to strengthen energy management and improve energy performance. In addition, the Company conducts annual PDCA effectiveness evaluations for the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventories.
Establishing supplier management methods, requiring raw material suppliers and partners to comply with government regulations banning prohibited substances.

Social(People and Human Rights)

Participated in social welfare activities related to “sports sponsorship,”“social welfare,”“education support,” and “environmental protection,” investing NT$528,250.
Employee Diversity and Equal Opportunity: Transparency in recruitment, promotion, training, compensation, and benefits.
Emphasis on employee health and safety, with monthly on-site nurse services, achieving 100% workplace health care participation.
Employment of disabled individuals, exceeding the legal quota of 2, with a hiring rate of 250%

Governance Aspect

Achieved 100% completion of profit management and ethical management policy promotion. Maintains the effectiveness of ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system and BS 10012 personal data management system certifications annually.
Implemented insider trading prevention advocacy, with a total of 18 hours in 2025.
Promoted women and minorities in senior management, achieving a 16.67% ratio.
The Board of Directors' performance evaluation results and operations were satisfactory in 2025, with an average attendance rate of 100% for Board meetings.
The two functional committees of the Board of Directors convened a total of 12 meetings, with an average attendance rate of 100%.

Product certification and labeling

Card Division Products include: contactless chips, contact chip cards, dual-interface chip cards, and customized-shaped cards.

Nameplate Division Products include: various nameplates and membrane switch keypads.

Our products and services have been certified with the following international quality and management standards: ISO 9001、ISO 14001、IATF 16949 (excluding membrane switch keypads and card products)、ISO 45001、ISO 14064、ISO 14067 (cards)、ISO/IEC 27001、BS 10012.

All of our products comply with REACH and RoHS regulations. Although we have not applied for Conflict Minerals Certification, we strictly adhere to relevant requirements and cooperate with customers in completing CMRT and EMRT forms.
