Report summary
The data and contents disclosed in this report are mainly the information of 2025 (from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025), and some data also go back to cases before and after 2025. The scope of locations and information disclosed in this report includes the Linkou headquarters (Linkou Plant) and the Xinzhuang Plant but excludes information from subsidiaries such as Cold Fusion Wallet (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., Taiwan Quantitative Finance Technology Co., Ltd., and Cold Fusion Wallet (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. If it involves other reporting areas, it will be explained separately in the report. In addition, in addition to taking into account GRI's principle of disclosure of materiality, the Company has also compiled it with strict standards, and through continuous improvement, it has examined the process and scope of data collection, thus improving the quality of various data year by year.
The statistical data disclosed in the report come from the results of statistics and investigations conducted by various departments of the head office according to their respective scopes of duty. Financial data sources are based on the annual financial reports audited by Crowe (TW) CPAs for the audit period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and are calculated in New Taiwan dollars. Furthermore, environmental, safety, and health performance are presented using internationally accepted indicators, with some data cited from publicly released information on government agency websites and expressed in generally accepted numerical formats. Any estimations will be noted in the relevant sections. To ensure the credibility of the report, all information and data published herein have been verified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) Taiwan Branch according to AA1000AS v3 Type 1 Moderate Assurance.
The report is also in line with the GRI framework to ensure that it complies with the quality principles of accuracy, balance, clarity, comparability, reliability, and timeliness. All projects requiring verification by third-party organizations are conducted in accordance with the internal procurement procedures and implemented after approval by the President.
